JEE Advanced 2017: Result out; check ranks @jeeadv.ac.in

JEE Advanced 2017: The results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) advanced exams 2017 has been released on the official website jeeadv.ac.in.

After the release of the results, the All India Ranks of successful candidates will be made available on the website, although the candidates will not receive personalized rank cards.

The exam was organized by IIT Madras in collaboration with the Joint Admission Board 2017 across various centres throughout the country for admission to engineering courses. About 1,98,000 students had appeared for the coveted examination.

IIT Madras has said that getting a rank in JEE Advanced 2017 will not ensure admission to IITs or ISM, adding, rank lists will be prepared based on the aggregate marks in JEE (Advanced) 2017.

IIT Madras had released the official Answr Key to the JEE Advanced 2017 on its official website on June 5 and the Optical Response Shet on June 1.

The written exam, held on May 22, consisted of two papers: Paper I from 9 am to 12 pm and Paper II from 2 pm to 5 pm. Candidates werre required to attempt both the papers in order to qualify for the admission.

According to JEE Advanced 2017 guielines, aspirants can attempt the exam twice only, which should be in two consecutie tries.

Steps to check JEE Advanced 2017 results:

Log on to the official website of JEE Addvanced
Go to the ‘Jee Advanced Results’ section
You will be redirected to a new page where you will be required to enter your details such as roll number, date of birth, etc, as specified on your roll number
Your result will be displayed when youu click on ‘Submit’
Save a copy of your results to your computer and take a print for further use
